I sometimes get bored of water…When exploring the deserts of Morocco in our van we had to drink lots of it! This simple Citrus and Mint Infused Water is so refreshing, making it an ideal drink to replace lost fluids during exercise or when things start hotting up!
A few slices of fresh orange
A few slices of fresh lime
A few slices of fresh Lemon
Some fresh mint leaves
Add fruit and mint to the water.
Put in fridge for several hours for the flavours to infuse.
